– Real potential for career advancement Your Role As Inside Sales As an Inside Sales professional, you will play a critical role in strengthening Big Bolt’s customer relationships and sales process. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will support sales activities, handle customer inquiries, manage quotes and orders, and maintain accurate documentation using our CRM system. Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication & CRM Management

Utilize HubSpot to manage communication and deals with re-engaged customers Communicate via phone and email to re-introduce Big Bolt’s value proposition Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries Participate in internal meetings to update the team on outreach efforts

Sales Support & Order Processing

Manage quotes, orders, and communications using HubSpot CRM Follow up on open sales quotes and orders Coordinate with Quality Control, Purchasing, and Shipping to resolve order issues Submit new vendor documentation and credit requests as needed Collaborate with the sales team on all customer opportunities

Other Duties as Assigned

Maintain sales documentation and assist with customer setup tasks Support the overall effectiveness of Big Bolt’s sales outreach and order management processes

What You Need to Succeed:

Key Competencies

Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Customer-focused mindset with a desire to learn and grow

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or higher 2+ years of experience in sales support Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus Prior fastener industry experience is desirable but not required
