We are seeking a
seasoned Inside Sales Manager
to join our leadership team and backfill a key role as our current Inside Sales leader transitions into a Director role. This is a rare opportunity to lead, develop, and scale a high-performing sales team inside one of the fastest-growing companies in our sector. Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales representatives, driving performance and accountability. Build and execute sales strategies to grow revenue, expand market share, and achieve aggressive growth targets. Develop training programs to strengthen fastener product knowledge, quoting efficiency, and customer engagement skills across the sales team. Partner with executive leadership to align sales efforts with company goals, including entry into aerospace and defense markets. Maintain a hands-on approach with key accounts, assisting with complex quotes, negotiations, and customer relationship management. Monitor KPIs, analyze sales performance, and implement continuous improvement processes. Foster a culture of urgency, teamwork, and solution-oriented customer service. Qualifications
5+ years of inside sales management experience
in
fastener manufacturing, distribution, or related industrial supply sectors . Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams. Deep technical understanding of threaded products, bolts, fasteners, and related components. Strong business acumen with experience in high-volume quoting and order fulfillment environments. Ability to balance leadership with hands-on involvement in customer relationships. Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills. ISO 9001 experience and familiarity with aerospace/defense compliance standards a strong plus. What We Offer
