What You'll Do
As an
Inside Sales Representative , you will: Manage and grow existing client accounts
using HubSpot CRM.
Follow up on quotes, orders, and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (Quality, Purchasing, Shipping) to resolve order issues.
Maintain accurate sales records and support process improvements.
Build strong relationships with customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of experience in
sales, account management, or customer service
(recent grads welcome).
A
go-getter
mindset and strong desire to grow accounts.
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
HubSpot CRM experience is a plus .
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
Fastener or manufacturing industry experience
is desirable, but not required.
