Overview
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and provide support and guidance. You’ll use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers the relevant information they need for the best experience. You’ll also work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service Engage with customers to provide outstanding service Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store Effectively promote and sell our products to customers Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management Key Areas
Fashion & Trend Awareness
Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers
Team & Development
Share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues Follow procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store Give and receive feedback to support learning and development Participate in onboarding, introductory processes and trainings relevant for the role and future development
Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution
Complete garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house Maintain attractive merchandise displays and follow visual/commercial guidelines Maintain stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor Follow in-store omni services and technology tools as applicable Assist with opening and closing of the store
Qualifications
