Job Description As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and to support them with product knowledge. You will also work on garment refill & care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, working closely with your store team to create the best customer experience.

A Day in the Life Customer Sales & Profit

Provide excellent customer service: welcoming & guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service.

Engage in conversations with customers to deliver outstanding service.

Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store.

Effectively promote and sell our products to customers.

Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in‑store sustainability initiatives.

Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.

Support commercial and operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.

Fashion & Trend Awareness

Keep up‑to‑date with fashion scenes, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers.

Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers.

Team & Development

Retain and share your service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues.

Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store.

Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop, and support each other.

Participate in available onboarding, introduction processes, training, and courses relevant to your role and future development.

Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution

Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming to ensure good garment care.

Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.

Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house (including stockrooms).

Support garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends, and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines.

Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.

Uplift and follow best practice for in‑store OMNI Services and in‑store tech services/tools, such as Instore Care App, Click & Collect, and Smart Store.

Support opening and closing of the store.

Follow all H&S guidelines and applicable legal requirements.

Qualifications

Passionate about fashion and everything we create in‑store.

Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action‑oriented.

Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Have sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative setting to apply to this role.

Experience with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service‑related industries.
