Research and identify potential school and district partners through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and set appointments for Account Managers Establish and maintain relationships with educators and administrators to promote literacy Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system and track progress toward sales goals Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation efficiency Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail, district/territory sales, or event management Proficiency with MS Office software and experience with Sales Automation or CRM software Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with children’s literature, Book Fairs, and school activities Proven leadership ability and qualities demonstrated in previous roles Experience in marketing and merchandising strategy and execution EducationalServices
