About the Role As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and providing customers with support and guidance. You'll use your fashion and product knowledge to provide our customers with all the relevant information they need for the best experience. You'll also work on garment refill & care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service: welcoming & guiding customers through the store & omni experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service

Willingness to engage and have conversations with customers to provide excellent service

Guide customers through fashion trends, stories & products in all areas of the store

Effectively promote and sell our products to customers

Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in-store sustainability initiatives

Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions

Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team

General Information

Fashion & Trend Awareness: Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers; share relevant information with customers

Team & Development: Retain and share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues; follow procedures and legal requirements; give & receive feedback; participate in onboarding and training

Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution: Manage garment cycle from unpacking to steaming and care; operate fitting rooms and checkout; maintain clean sales floor and back of house; assist with garment presentation and merchandise displays; ensure stock levels and replenish on the sales floor; follow omnichannel and in-store tech services; assist with opening/closing; follow health & safety guidelines

Qualifications

You are passionate about fashion and what is created in-store

Motivated to give customers a great experience

Communicative, creative, curious, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented

Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment

Sales experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment applicable to the role

Experience in customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries
