Responsibilities
Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product options.
Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a flexible schedule from 9 am to 9 pm, including weekends, to meet customer needs.
Adapt to a fast‑paced environment and evolving technology to continually meet customer needs.
Qualifications
Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
No prior sales experience required—AT&T provides training, tools, and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals.
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing environments.
Salary & Hours Weekly Hours:
40;
Time Type:
Regular.
Base salary range: $40,000 to $63,000, plus uncapped on‑commission opportunities. Starting salary may vary by geography, experience, education, and training.
Location Madison, WI.
