What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Actively prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a robust sales pipeline - Manage a list of major accounts, leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal - Meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs - Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector - Proven success in selling complex enterprise software with revenue targets exceeding $500M - Experience engaging C-suite executives using solution selling techniques - Strong ability to manage full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to closing - Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong collaboration skills across various departments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - College degree preferred - Experience with AI applications in legal department operations - Track record of developing and executing successful account plans - Familiarity with salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
