The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and successful Account Executive to join us in bringing our rapidly growing ApartmentIQ product suite to multi-family owners, operators, and ancillary stakeholders. You’ll have a direct impact on the expansion of our business and be recognized and rewarded for your success. You’ll need to be comfortable in a hunting role and building your pipeline from the ground up. Responsibilities
Own the entire sales cycle: from account-level strategy development to prospecting to close Conduct a high volume of emails, calls, Zoom, and limited in-person presentations to secure new business Communicate all proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations Establish meaningful relationships with customers, serving as their original point of contact and multifamily market expert Collaborate with Rentable sales development and customer success teams Nurture customer accounts through an onboarding and sales conversion process Represent the ApartmentIQ brand in your active markets and at industry events Manage a sales pipeline, sales forecast, and activity tracking within Salesforce CRM Meet and exceed performance metrics Travel as required for industry events and customer meetings (up to 25%) Qualifications
6+ years in a B2B SaaS account executive role Multifamily SaaS sales experience required Proven track record of success in closing deals Competitive or market intelligence product sales experience is a plus Tech savvy (Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, Zoominfo, etc.) Strong organizational and time management skills Disciplined, adaptable self-starter Strong networking and interpersonal skills Why Choose Us
