For this role, we look for individuals responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage a geographical territory, executing full sales strategies from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, to contract negotiation and customer retention.
Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests, with familiarity in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Develop new business and acquire clients by building relationships with contractors and construction principals, educating them on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and operate efficiently.
Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and inform them of new solutions to improve their business.
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, or complaints; conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a strong sales track record.
Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company, with ongoing education on EquipmentShare products and services.
Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented.
Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
