Outside Sales Representative - Baycity MI Region
The Outside Sales Representative is the face of Omni Fiber, primarily via residential door-to-door selling. You are responsible for increasing the subscriber base through face-to-face and in-home sales presentations. This role is accountable for growing the number of Omni Fiber customers within assigned markets. This position covers the Monroeville region and surrounding communities of Bellevue, Huron, Monroeville, Norwalk, Oak Harbor, Port Clinton, and Sandusky. Assigned territories are subject to change based on business requirements.
Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Responsibilities
Conduct face-to-face sales presentations at residential properties to engage homeowners and showcase the features and benefits of our products and services.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas by selling Omni Fiber\'s internet, voice, and TV services door-to-door to residential customers in assigned territories/communities.
Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, address concerns, and establish a strong customer relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Work Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (hours may change based on weather conditions and seasonal adjustments).
Comply with all company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical practices during sales activities.
Qualifications
Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
Valid driver\'s license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
Willingness to adapt to changing schedules, locations, and sales strategies based on market conditions and company priorities.
Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and smartphones.
Use of a personal vehicle is required. Travel reimbursement at IRS rates applies for miles within the territory and outside the territory.
