For this role, we look for individuals to be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage a geographical territory, executing full sales strategies from market analysis, forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, to customer retention.

Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests; be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Develop new business and acquire clients by building relationships with contractors and construction principals, educating them on how EquipmentShare can save money, increase revenue, and improve efficiency.

Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and keep them informed of new solutions that can benefit their business.

Respond to customer inquiries, requests, or complaints, and conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.

Develop innovative sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications

Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a strong sales track record.

Knowledge of heavy construction equipment or industry (rental or construction) is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Technical aptitude to adapt quickly and stay educated on EquipmentShare products and services.

Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work well in a team environment.

Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
