For this role, we look for individuals to be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Primary Responsibilities

Manage a geographical territory, executing full sales strategies including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention. Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Develop new business and acquire clients by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels. Keep customers informed about new solutions that can enhance their business. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, or complaints. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. Develop and implement new sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience. Skills & Qualifications

Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a successful sales track record. Industry knowledge of heavy construction equipment or rental/construction sectors is preferred but not required; training available for the right candidate. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude to adapt quickly and stay informed about EquipmentShare products and services.
