Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.

Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.

Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment.

All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; training also includes licensing.

Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (Example 11am-8pm CST). Minimum 12 months before shift consideration.

All computer equipment is provided. Home workspace must have dedicated desk, wired high-speed internet minimum 100 Mbps download 20 Mbps upload. Satellite or mobile internet not supported.

Qualifications

2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.

Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.

Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.

Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.

Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.

Property and Casualty Insurance License. Training provided if not currently hold a license.
