Senior Benefits Analyst . In this role, you'll lead data-driven projects supporting benefits compliance, reporting, and strategy. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a high-visibility team that works closely with Payroll, Finance, and IT. Role:

$70,000 - $75,000 annually Job type:

Permanent, direct hire What You’ll Do: Build executive dashboards, analyze benefits trends, and manage expense tracking Perform 401K audits, 1095/1094 reconciliations, ACA compliance, and annual filings Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy across multiple systems Participate in system testing and open enrollment configurations What You Bring: 3–6 years Benefits experience (Analyst-level experience required) Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables); strong analytical mindset Experience with Dayforce, Benefit Solver, or Cognos a plus Ability to handle large datasets and explain findings clearly Perks: Supportive, visible team with leadership access Room to grow through ongoing projects and acquisitions Collaborative, high performing team with strong company culture Potential for hybrid flexibility after 90 days of strong performance Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
