As a Property Casualty Captive Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals to grow revenues through new client acquisition and maintaining relationships with current clients. Your expertise will help guide our clients to achieve optimal financial performance and support our mission of delivering exceptional service. Essential Responsibilities Generate new sales leads through qualified calls and meetings, achieving or exceeding sales goals. Provide captive education and consulting for existing and prospective clients and agency partners. Maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and delivering documents as needed. Participate in sales activities, promoting a positive attitude supporting growth. Attend and contribute to captive quarterly calls and meetings. Support the Captive Lead in executing program initiatives and growth strategies. Ensure team accountability and foster high-functioning team dynamics. Qualifications College degree preferred. Sales experience, preferably in commercial property and casualty insurance. Hold or be able to obtain a state-specific Insurance Agent's License within 90 days. Strong sales skills, excellent communication, proficiency with Salesforce, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
