Responsibilities: Achieve sales goals by generating new leads through qualified calls and meetings, primarily via agency partner distribution. Provide education and consulting on captive insurance to existing and prospective clients and agency partners. Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their evolving needs and delivering necessary documents. Participate in all sales-related activities, promoting a positive attitude supporting agency growth. Attend and contribute to captive quarterly calls and member meetings. Support the Captive Lead to execute program initiatives and foster growth with quality captive members. Ensure team accountability and foster a high-functioning team environment through coaching and influence. Qualifications: College degree preferred. Sales experience, ideally in commercial property and casualty insurance. Hold or be able to obtain a state-specific Insurance Agent's License within 90 days. Strong sales skills with a proven process to meet/exceed goals, excellent communication skills, proficiency in technology including Salesforce, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
