Work across Federal GPS sector service lines to develop and communicate strategic goals internally and externally. Listen to and understand client needs to provide an exceptional client experience with tailored, non off‑the‑shelf recommendations. Think on your feet, challenge existing practices, and develop solutions to complex issues. Collaborate with colleagues across multiple service lines, build relationships, and identify opportunities to apply the firm’s knowledge to client needs. Travel as required to meet with key clients, including leading government organizations. Skills And Attributes For Success

Develop and maintain strong, productive working relationships with audit client personnel and proactively manage client satisfaction. Direct field work, inform supervisors of engagement status, and manage assurance staff performance. Demonstrate thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations. Develop people through delegation, guidance, and performance feedback. Contribute ideas to assurance teams and foster a collaborative, innovative work environment. Use technology to learn, share knowledge, and enhance service delivery. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business with 7 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience, with US GAAP. U.S. CPA license in your work state. Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills; a collaborative management approach. Proven track record of mentoring and improving a high-performing team. Strong teamwork, integrity, and leadership. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Willingness to travel 25% to 30% or more in a hybrid environment. Ideally you’ll also have
