Review and analyze claims, member, and group data to identify recoverable claims Establish the correct order of liability for clients\' members under supervision Utilize Cotiviti audit tools to conduct thorough member investigations Prepare and evaluate responses to client disputes as needed Maintain confidentiality and security of all data in compliance with HIPAA laws Qualifications
High School Diploma required Minimum of one (1) year of related experience in healthcare At least one year of experience with Cotiviti recommended for internal candidates Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications
