Business Analyst (Hybrid, Schaumburg, IL)
Join Byline Bank as a Business Analyst on our Data & Analytics team. The role will partner with business units to provide business and data analysis expertise, lead business requirements gathering, analysis, and support the technical team during the system development lifecycle. Objective Of Position : The Business Analyst will work closely with all team members in various departments on shared projects and initiatives. Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal business units to find business opportunities and improve operational process efficiency. Deliver effective solutions to business needs. Conduct interviews with end users and gather business requirements. Convert business requirements into technical specifications for the development team. Assist in preparing and conducting formal presentations on the solution, objectives, and scope. Analyze internal & external data to identify opportunities for optimization. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or related field. 5+ years of business analysis experience. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Experience working in financial services / banking industry strongly preferred. Physical Demands/Work Environment : Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing. Compensation & Benefits : Byline Bank offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals.
