The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a property. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Property leasing and administration Regular/daily onsite attendance is required Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease Close sales by making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and performing follow-up Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in Assist with lease audits, walking units, and the turnover process Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to prospect leads within 24 hours Use established sales/marketing strategies to increase traffic, maintain closing ratios, and achieve leasing goals Perform administrative tasks as needed Address resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs (events, promotions, newsletters, etc.) Contribute to upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model Marketing & Outreach: assist in annual marketing plan outreach and market analysis to generate ideas Maintain product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; complete weekly market survey Customer & Resident Relations: provide excellent customer service and monitor service request responsiveness Project a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor Education/Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements Physical Requirements

Frequent movement to accomplish tasks; communicate and operate in various environments Ability to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, and perform tasks in varied positions; lift or move up to 25 lbs Occasional overtime, weekends, night hours (emergencies); outdoor work in various weather conditions Compensation: Asset Living considers factors such as skill set, background, and certifications. Eligible for total rewards including benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability), 401K with employer match, and potential commissions/bonuses. Full-time employees receive paid sick days and holidays. Salary Range : $17.00 per hour to $19.00 per hour This job description is not all-inclusive and may be amended by management.
