**Responsibilities**

What You'll Do: As a key member of our Total Rewards team, you'll:

Support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent. Conduct job audits and evaluations, ensuring accurate classification and benefits eligibility. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless benefits experiences. Analyze market trends and benchmark data to keep our offerings competitive. Manage data and reporting in HRIS systems to support strategic decision-making. Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, delivering clear and helpful guidance on all things compensation and benefits.

**Minimum Qualifications**

What You Bring

A bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience). At least 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or a related HR function. Strong analytical skills and a knack for interpreting data to drive decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive topics with professionalism and tact.

**Preferred Qualifications**

A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. SHRM-CP, SPHR, CBP, or CCP Certifications. Proficiency in HRIS systems, advanced Excel skills, and experience with compensation management software. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills. A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range

$74,262.48 - $98,000 annually

As part of the total compensation for Staff and Faculty roles, we offer a competitive benefits package including:
