Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, conducting both complex and standardized transactions, and uncovering client needs. Perform more complex transactions with assistance as necessary. Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to enhance service experience. Support team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities, referring clients to branch team members or specialists as appropriate. Understand the importance of Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ needs. Participate in all components of the established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines. Commit to advancing personal and product knowledge by attending sales, service and product knowledge trainings and webinars. Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures and risk management policies; stay informed of policy changes to ensure compliance. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services to clients and prospects. Handle a proportional volume of work based on branch demands. Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Two years of teller, cash handling or client service experience Six months of client relationship building or sales experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to master PC keyboard and software necessary for branch automation Ability to multi-task under time constraints Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs or locale changes Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel or overnights Preferred Qualifications:
One year of client relationship building or sales experience Knowledge of advanced or complex branch transactions, risk management and loss prevention Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building General understanding of bank operations, policies and procedures Part Time Details
The hourly base salary for this position is $22.00/hour-$26.00/hour. Benefits
