We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our team in the Kansas City area. Success in this role will require a strong local network and in-person relationship building in the community. This role has in-office requirements.
Overview
The (Multi-Carrier) Insurance Agent role offers base salary plus uncapped commissions. The base pay range is $32,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr. Pay details and ranges are provided by Comparion Insurance Agency and may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Some roles at Liberty Mutual may include a commission and/or bonus earnings according to the compensation plan. Responsibilities
Build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community. Engage with customers to understand insurance needs and provide appropriate Auto, Home, Life, and other coverage options from top carriers. Attend licensing training and participate in ongoing mentoring and sales support activities. Achieve personal sales targets through base salary, bonuses, and uncapped commissions; pursue renewal opportunities to grow earnings. Provide excellent customer service and guidance to help members stay safe and secure. Benefits and Compensation

Preferred Experience
Previous employment in a sales role where you have successfully turned prospects into customers. A state insurance license—or willingness to earn one with training and support—in Property & Casualty, and Life. Required Skills
