WPS—A health solutions company Role snapshot: The Treasury Analyst is responsible for assisting the Treasury department in managing the company's liquidity and partnering with outside advisors to manage the investment portfolios. The role records and reports cash and investment activity in compliance with accounting regulations and helps ensure resources are efficiently allocated while mitigating financial risks. Responsibilities

Monitor daily cash flow, income, liability obligations, and assets to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs. Support the Financial Planning team on the development of cash flow forecasts. Develop, monitor, and analyze bank fees including credit card and cash management expenses. Support corporate accounting and financial planning as they relate to Treasury transactions and entity structures. Serve as Treasury Liaison with the company’s business units for the setup of bank accounts, services, and resolution of bank inquiries and related matters. Develop and maintain positive banking relationships with depository banks. Adhere to month end schedules for reconciliations of all cash and investment related accounts, all month-end processes, and all related journal entries. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash positioning reports. Provide support for both internal and external audits. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual investment compliance and performance reporting. Assist with presentation materials for Executive Leadership, Board of Directors, and regulatory bodies. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 or more years of experience in treasury, banking or corporate finance. Solid knowledge and understanding of financial markets and investment instruments. Solid knowledge and understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Demonstrated experience in accounting general ledger and month close processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal reporting and correspondence with banks or external stakeholders. Attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and financial modeling). Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with treasury management and ERP systems. Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with NAIC and Statutory accounting regulations. Location and Work Arrangements

Hybrid work location: The position will be hybrid with regional office presence required one or two days per week at the WPS Corporate Center Building, 1717 W. Broadway, Madison, WI. Onsite work will support team cohesion, strategy, planning and collaboration. Remote Work Requirements
