Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Tax, Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join a reputable law firm in Downtown Minneapolis. This is an onsite, direct hire opportunity with some hybrid flexibility.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with estate, trust, and related client matters.
Prepare, review, and organize legal and financial documents.
Communicate with clients and coordinate case information.
Manage deadlines, filings, and case records.
Conduct research and provide support for planning and compliance tasks.
Maintain accurate electronic and physical files.
Provide general administrative and client service support as needed.
Position Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a paralegal in a legal, financial, or professional services environment.
Familiarity with estate, trust, or tax processes preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software.
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred.
