GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Food Service, Starbucks) (T2271) role at Target. Starting Hourly Rate is $17.50 per hour. Pay Range is $17.50 - $26.25 per hour.

Responsibilities As a General Merchandise Expert, a typical day will likely include the following responsibilities:
Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks.
Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs when they require assistance.
Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target.
Execute daily tasks assigned by leadership to help achieve goals aligned with business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
Execute processes including changing prices, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by leadership.
Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
All other duties based on business needs.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment Role may involve cash handling, climbing ladders, moving merchandise, and lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance. Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and the ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions may be required.
