We’re looking for an ambitious Sous Chef to join our friendly team. Our food is outstanding, with a real commitment to the best fresh, seasonal local ingredients. Everything is cooked from scratch; menus are developed by the chefs in-house and change every 6 weeks. Who are we looking for? Ideally, we are looking for a current Sous Chef or Head Chef looking to join a bigger operation; high volume & fresh food experience is a must. Importantly, you must be ambitious & a team player. Rewards – Sous Chef Competitive Pay – up to £38k, including service charge 3 DAYS OFF!
