Overview
Food and Beverage Manager - Embassy Suites Napa Valley Set against seven acres in the heart of Napa Valley, our resort is in the final stages of a major renovation and rebranding to the Curio Collection by Hilton, debuting in early 2026. We are redefining Napa hospitality through authentic, distinctive programming and elevated guest experiences — from refined interiors and a luxurious spa to open-air courtyards, meditation gardens, and exceptional culinary offerings.
Responsibilities
Direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain high standards of quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Plan and direct the administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet daily operational needs. Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards. Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff.
Qualifications
Previous Food and Beverage management experience Previous hotel and multi-outlet leadership experience Strong focus on service standards Restaurant opening experience a plus A passion to cultivate a positive and collaborative workplace culture
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range:
$85,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
