Located in one of California’s premier travel destinations celebrated for its world-class wineries, exceptional cuisine, and breathtaking landscapes. The property is nearing completion of an extensive remodel with a refreshed, more sophisticated aesthetic. The team is poised to deliver an elevated guest experience while preserving the timeless charm of Napa Valley.
What will you be doing? Serves as the hotel representative to prospective clients who need to rent rooms, meeting space, food and beverage service, etc. Responds to sales inquiries, initiates new sales, prospects and qualifies leads, negotiates contracts, services accounts, analyzes lost business, and develops sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed revenue and room night goals. Works with various departments to ensure requested services are provided to customers.
Respond to sales inquiries and initiate new sales opportunities; prospect and qualify leads and solicit potential clients.
Enter and maintain pertinent account and booking information in the lead management system (Delphi FDC) in accordance with defined standards.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and service accounts; analyze lost business for the hotel.
Develop sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed revenue and room night goals.
Responsibilities by area
Customer and Account Management: actively engage with Hilton Worldwide Sales, Convention Bureau and Intermediaries to retain existing customers and secure new business; develop and execute plans for outside sales calls, industry tradeshows, and events; maintain a monthly, quarterly, and annual business plan for a designated market; keep an up-to-date pipeline; represent the hotel in all customer interactions; conduct site inspections; coordinate customer specifications with internal teams.
Prospecting: research, solicit, and generate new leads; create and execute plans to shift share from competitors; engage in outside sales activities to uncover needs, build relationships, and win new business.
Negotiations: negotiate contracts and commission agreements; provide solutions that meet financial goals while strengthening customer relationships; engage Hilton Worldwide Sales and Hilton Legal when needed.

Salary and benefits Salary range for this role is $90,000–$120,000.
Sales Incentive: Hilton Short-Term Incentive Plan (SIP) with a quarterly component worth 20% of bonus-eligible earnings; multiple weighted objectives for payout opportunities.
