Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network. Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions. Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution. Close sales by using effective communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in our products and services. Engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off-site Verizon-sponsored events. Compensation and Benefits
We’re hiring immediately. Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus up to $16,000 per year in individual-based commissions if you hit all sales goals. Top performers can earn additional commissions, with total compensation potentially ranging from $65,000+ to $73,500+ annually. Compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and performance. Potential to earn extra with commission programs. Comprehensive benefits starting day one, including health and well-being benefits and education/career investments. Bilingual speakers in eligible locations may receive an extra $3,000 annually after passing a language assessment. Best-in-class medical, dental, and vision. Verizon 401(k) with matching contributions up to 6% and other options. $2,500 stock grant per year (Stock Together). Sales recognition programs with travel, gifts, and incentives. You’ll need to have: High school diploma or GED. One or more years of relevant experience (work or military). Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance). Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods. Even better if you have: Experience in a commission-based environment. Demonstrated sales experience in solving customer needs. Customer service experience.
