What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
Develop business plans aligned with your assigned territory
Lead virtual teams to deliver successful sales outcomes and customer success
Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing plans through partners and end users
Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including presentations and negotiations
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in technology or SaaS
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for sales management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or sales-related field
Familiarity with identity security solutions and competitive products like Microsoft and Okta
Experience in managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements
Previous experience in a technology sales environment
Established network within the identity security industry
