Dining Room Manager / Restaurant Manager Location: Green Valley Grill, Greensboro, North Carolina Hours: Full Time

Green Valley Grill is looking for a friendly and energetic

Dining Room Manager

to join their team of enthusiastic restaurant professionals who provide outstanding experiences to the guests they serve in a fast-paced environment. What are the responsibilities of a Dining Room Manager?

Communicate clearly and perform consistently while using the mission and values of the organization as your boss

Be a leader in communication and collaboration, integrating the needs from multiple departments and service team members

Lead a team that focuses on delighting guests by providing outstanding service consistently and following established systems

Own each shift consistently, including opening, mid, and closing shifts, while energetically leading and coaching colleagues

Recruit and hire great people, then develop them into Lucky Star staff members

Take ownership of the financial aspects of the restaurant including payroll, daily reports, food cost and wastage

Create an environment where leaders are prompted to develop their skills to grow

Be actively involved in staff meetings and education opportunities

Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety, ensuring maintenance, training, and sanitation standards are met at all times

What skills and experience are desired for a Dining Room Manager?

2 plus years of experience in restaurant leadership in a full-service, moderate to high volume restaurant

Friendly, energetic and detail focused

Strong leadership skills

Great interpersonal and communication skills

Desire to work in a fast paced, enthusiastic environment
