Dining Room Manager / Restaurant Manager, Lucky 32 — Location: Lucky 32 Southern Kitchen, Cary, North Carolina. Hours: Full Time. Lucky 32 is looking for a friendly and energetic Dining Room Manager to join their team of enthusiastic restaurant professionals who provide outstanding experiences to guests in a fast-paced environment. The role supports delivering an outstanding guest experience by aligning with the organization’s mission and values. Responsibilities
Communicate clearly and perform consistently while using the mission and values of the organization as your guide Lead in communication and collaboration, integrating the needs of multiple departments and service team members Lead a team focused on delivering outstanding service and following established systems to delight guests Own each shift (opening, mid, and closing) and coach colleagues accordingly Recruit and hire great people and develop them into Lucky Star staff members Take ownership of the restaurant’s financial aspects including payroll, daily reports, food cost, and wastage Cultivate an environment where leaders are encouraged to develop their skills Be actively involved in staff meetings and education opportunities Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety, ensuring maintenance, training, and sanitation standards are met Skills & Experience
2+ years of restaurant leadership in a full-service, moderate to high-volume environment Friendly, energetic, and detail-focused Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, enthusiastic environment Benefits
