Provide creative makeup application, skincare, hair, and fragrance consultation to customers. Work as part of a high‑performing team to create impact with in‑store events and visual merchandising. Maintain store high standards of visual merchandising to stand out vs competitors. Show dynamic self‑starter approach to progressive career opportunity. Qualifications
Retail experience preferable, but amateur‑level applicants encouraged. Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in fast‑paced environment. Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software. Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview. Certification in makeup artistry or prior retail makeup experience desirable, but beginner‑level expertise is acceptable. Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation highly valued; open to those developing skills. Pay Range
Hourly range:
$21.60 to $32.40 . Exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. Eligible for highly competitive bonus program. Benefits
