We’re currently seeking a dedicated Infant Lead Teacher to join our team and support our youngest learners with care, compassion, and expertise. Responsibilities
Provide a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants (6 weeks – 18 months). Develop and implement daily routines that support social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. Maintain compliance with Michigan childcare licensing rules and health/safety guidelines. Collaborate with assistant teachers to ensure positive classroom management and smooth daily operations. Communicate effectively with parents through daily reports, updates, and conferences. Track developmental milestones and document progress for each child. Foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom culture. Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old. Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, CDA, or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred). Previous experience in an infant classroom or childcare setting required. Knowledge of Reggio Emilia, or Creative Curriculum preferred. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills. Benefits
