Retail Store Manager ROCKAWAY | Mount Hope Ave
role. This position leads a Retail Team to bring the brand to life and aligns with Arch Telecom’s Core Values. Our RSMs are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and focus on customer needs. They build meaningful connections with customers by uncovering needs and educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions.
What you’ll do in your role
Lead by example to help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store
Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
Oversee all store functions to meet or exceed sales goals, including sales, inventory, and the implementation of new store programs and initiatives
Sell to find personalized solutions beyond devices and service plans, including accessories and emerging IoT devices
Ensure the store is consistently presenting its best
Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy
Become proficient
in using digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding to actively demonstrate:
How our coverage stacks up in the customer’s neighborhood, providing a fast LTE network
How plans and services enable customers to live unlimited, stay connected, and go further
How we redefine wireless, including device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting
Training
Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
Build relationships
with employees across channels to:
Own the customer experience and resolve issues for a seamless, run-around-free environment
Identify and hand off small business leads
Develop strong peer relationships with accountability for the company’s success
Be willing to have a good time while providing first-class customer experience
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring
Leadership
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Ability to lead the team, share best practices, and resolve issues for customers
Effectiveness with operational, financial, and performance management
Excellent communication skills with team and customers
Prior wireless sales experience
