Retail Store Manager NEW HARTFORD | Seneca Tpke Retail Store Manager (RSM) leads a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. RSMs are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment where customer needs are the first focus and build meaningful connections with customers by uncovering needs and educating, demonstrating and recommending device and service solutions.

What you'll do in your role?

Lead by example to help customers continue their shopping journey online, through Customer Care, or in-store

Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store

Oversight of all store functions to meet or exceed sales goals, including sales, inventory, and new store programs and initiatives

Sell to find personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices

Ensure the store is well presented and operates efficiently

Approach service and sales with patience, honesty and empathy

Gain proficiency in digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding, and demonstrate:

Coverage in the customer’s neighborhood and a fast LTE network

Plans and services that enable customers to stay connected

Device and account inspection, review and troubleshooting

Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources

Build relationships with employees across channels to improve the customer experience and resolve issues

Identify and hand off small business leads

Develop strong peer relationships and be accountable for the company's success

Provide first-class customer experience

Leadership

Prior wireless sales experience

Be at least 18 years of age

Wireless sales experience

High school degree or GED

Ability to stand for long periods

Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs

Reliable transportation

Full-time availability (45 hours)
