Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, address questions/concerns promptly and courteously, assist with gaming needs, inform guests of promotions, and promote selling behaviors during every transaction. Support the store environment and current sales initiatives; maintain a clean, organized shopping area and foster guest relationships that lead to repeat business. Process guest purchases/returns accurately in the POS system, including handling payments and providing receipts with top-notch service. respond to guest questions in person or by phone, escalate issues to the Store Manager when appropriate, and maintain professional communication at all times. Promote GameStop guest benefits (e.g., reservations program, trade-in program, Pro Rewards). Assist the Store Manager with guest service expectations and training for store associates on policies, procedures, and guidelines. Monitor associate performance, provide feedback, and address issues in collaboration with the Store Manager. Ensure onboarding and training for associates prior to opening/closing shifts, including policies, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, financial protocol, and ethics. Schedule store associates to meet guest service goals, supervise staffing, and maintain coverage for peak periods. Assist with payroll tasks and ensure accurate timekeeping and pay for all associates. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising per company guidelines; ensure fixtures and equipment function correctly. Fulfill Omni-Channel orders and assist in daily shipping processes as required. Protect company assets through inventory control and loss prevention; inspect packages at closing as needed and report concerns to the Store Manager. Support the team in achieving sales, profit, and shrink goals and complete administrative duties as required. Perform stock counts, restock merchandise, and organize products on shelves and fixtures; ensure accurate representation of inventory on the sales floor. Balance and reconcile daily transactions in the POS system; manage closeout paperwork and daily bank deposits in accordance with guidelines. Verify shipments for discrepancies, conduct inventories, and report findings to the Store Manager or District Manager. Handle defectives/recalls and stock pulls with proper labeling and packing. Maintain guest and associate safety; address hazardous situations and report injuries per company guidelines. Keep store records organized and up to date; support keeping manuals current. Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager’s absence. Adhere to all GameStop policies and the Associate Handbook and Code of Standards, Ethics & Conduct. Follow opening and closing procedures. Qualifications

Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States; must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred. Retail management experience preferred (at least 6 months); retail sales/guest service/management experience preferred (at least 2 years). Video game knowledge preferred. Key Skills & Abilities

Outgoing, welcoming personality with strong people skills. Genuine, individualized guest assistance; clear verbal and written communication; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment; work independently and as part of a team; meet performance expectations. Operate POS system; basic math and organizational skills; complete paperwork accurately. Flexible schedule, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and some holidays (minimum 3 days/week). Reliability, judgment, and ability to work independently; physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs; basic safety and risk awareness. Benefits & Compensation
