About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to support overall boutique operations, drive sales performance, and elevate customer experience in a luxury retail environment. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a strong background in premium retail who is passionate about delivering service excellence and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales and business objectives by implementing activities and strategic initiatives.
Maximize business potential by ensuring service excellence and strong client engagement.
Customer Experience & Clienteling
Develop and foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring a consistent and impeccable retail experience.
Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating passion, enthusiasm, and pride in representing the company.
Grow and manage a client network through effective clienteling strategies and CRM initiatives.
Ensure a culture of hospitality and service excellence is consistently delivered within the boutique.
Handle customer concerns and complaints, providing optimal solutions and ensuring high-quality aftersales service.
Product & Store Management
Ensure visual merchandising standards align with corporate guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
Partner with the marketing team to execute visual merchandising directives and maintain a premium boutique environment.
Monitor stock availability, organization, and merchandise flow, ensuring quick response to stock-related issues.
Oversee boutique maintenance, promptly addressing any operational or display-related concerns.
People Management & Development
Manage staffing and scheduling to align with peak traffic and customer profiles.
Monitor individual and team sales productivity, regularly reviewing performance and providing constructive feedback.
Conduct performance appraisals, recognizing achievements and identifying areas for development.
Profile Requirements
Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a management role, preferably within the luxury watch, jewelry, or high-end fashion sector.
Strong sales orientation, results-driven mindset, and proven ability to exceed targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability with strong people management and team development experience.
