What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner

Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions and sell appropriate products and services

Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues

Document and process customer orders accurately in appropriate systems

Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on program knowledge and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications)

Must be 18 years of age or older

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills

Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)

Strong team orientation and customer focus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, or related fields in a contact center environment

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
