Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on their insurance needs. Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. Maintain a professional remote workspace, following state licensing requirements. Qualifications
2‑3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service experience required. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales. Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills. Strong typing and PC proficiency. Property & Casualty Insurance License required; training provided if no license. Benefits & Training
Paid training: 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls – all incoming warm leads. Rewards and recognition opportunities. Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day; mid‑morning start 11am‑8pm (CST). Minimum 12 months before shift change. All computer equipment provided; maintain a dedicated desk with wired high‑speed internet (100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload). Satellite and mobile internet not supported.
