Inbound Remote Sales Representative role at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads to convert sales opportunities into policyholders. Consult with customers on their insurance needs and match coverages, products, and benefits accordingly. Qualifications
2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills; ability to communicate well with prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty Insurance License. Training will be provided if not licensed. From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls; all incoming warm leads. Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start (example 11am-8pm CST); minimum 12 months in this schedule before consideration for a shift change. All computer equipment provided. Work-from-home requirements include a dedicated workspace and wired internet with minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds. Satellite and mobile internet are not supported. Compensation
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K (base salary plus commission). Top performing agents can earn $85K+ in subsequent years. Location
