Join MCI as a VP of Sales to lead our sales organization and drive transformative growth. We are a fast-growing tech-enabled business services company with a strong call center footprint and operations across multiple countries. We deliver Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) cloud technology solutions across various industries, including healthcare, retail, government, education, telecom, technology, e-commerce, and financial services. The successful candidate will be a visionary and results-oriented leader, responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building high-performing teams, and cultivating strong client relationships to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s long-term goals and vision. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence. Identify new market opportunities, optimize the sales pipeline, and drive top-line revenue growth across multiple verticals. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to ensure long-term partnerships. Evaluate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and conversion rates. Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge. Partner with marketing, operations, product, and finance teams to align sales initiatives with company-wide objectives. Establish and monitor KPIs to track progress, ensure accountability, and drive continuous improvement. Manage sales budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI and operational effectiveness. Represent the sales organization at high-level meetings, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and influence. Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual with a strong track record of sales leadership and success. The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Proven success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets in high-growth, competitive environments. Experience managing large, geographically dispersed sales teams. Expertise in selling complex, consultative solutions to enterprise clients. Exceptional leadership, motivational, and strategic planning skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Willingness to travel extensively for client engagement and team leadership. What We Offer
