Remote Inbound Sales Representative

Pay Details
Base salary: $55,000 – $75,000 per year.
Commission potential: Total earnings can range from $55,000 to $85,000+ through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
Starting base salary: $45,000 with opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs.
Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
Represent the Liberty brand with integrity and customer‑centric focus.
Adapt to different environments, schedules, and the varying needs of policyholders.
Qualifications
2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty license required after hire.
