Pay Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
$45K starting base salary with opportunities for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top performing agents can earn up to $85K+ in their second year and beyond.
Job Details Our Inbound Remote Sales Representative position is available for candidates based in the following states: Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio, and Kentucky. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered for this role.
As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training includes licensing.
Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (Example 11am-8pm CST) for a minimum of 12 months before shift consideration.
All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and high‑speed wired internet (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
Qualifications
2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty License required after hire.
