Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project. Job Summary Support activities to plan, conduct, and document tests on products, systems, components, materials, and manufacturing processes and technologies. Design systems, materials, components, software, and methodologies to meet customer requirements. Participate in test design and perform routine procurement, fabrication, and assembly of components, test fixtures, and test systems. Support the coordination of test requirements and assist in reviewing test methods and capabilities. Facilitate systems integration, fabrication, and modification; support system pre-test setup, integration, checkout, and post-test tear-down. Conduct routine tests, analyze data, and document results. Troubleshoot and recommend resolution of basic laboratory and test-related problems. Work under general supervision. Responsibilities - Plan and conduct tests on various products and systems - Design systems, materials, components to meet customer requirements - Assist in the procurement, fabrication, and assembly of components for testing - Coordinate test requirements and review test methods - Facilitate systems integration and modification - Perform pre-test setup as well as post-test tear-down activities - Analyze test data and document results accurately - Troubleshoot basic laboratory issues related to testing Skills - Strong analytical skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a team environment Qualifications Experience within Test Operations Experience conducting various tests on structural materials Data Collection and Analysis of test results Testing procedures improvement and development This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about testing products and systems to ensure they meet customer requirements.
