Managed Service Provider (MSP)

based in Dallas, looking for an experienced, client-focused

Helpdesk Technician (Level 1.5–2)

who already knows their way around Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and basic networking. This is

not

an entry-level role — we’re looking for someone who can jump into real-world issues and solve them confidently. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting clients remotely and on-site across M365, Windows, networking, etc. Troubleshooting firewalls (SonicWall/WatchGuard), Hyper-V VMs, and shared drives Managing and configuring Microsoft 365 accounts, mailboxes, and policies Basic server tasks: GPO, AD user/group management, RDP setup, etc. Working with ConnectWise Manage & Automate Delivering great customer service with strong documentation SonicWall or WatchGuard basic configuration Troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, printing, and endpoint issues What We Offer $40–50k salary with growth path Paid Microsoft certification testing and training Health insurance, PTO, and paid holidays Small team culture with structure and time to learn Fun but focused — no politics, just progress Prior MSP experience PowerShell basics A home lab or tinkering mindset Familiarity with Axcient or Datto backups Apply for this job
