Royalaire Mechanical is seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Manager to lead our service operations out of our Oldsmar office. This key leadership position is responsible for managing a team of 8 skilled service technicians who cover the greater Tampa Bay area!

Why RoyalAire Established originally in 1987, RoyalAire is a full-service mechanical contractor with sheet metal, piping, plumbing, and service capabilities. RoyalAire Mechanical Services, LLC. excels in commercial, institutional, industrial, mechanical, and plumbing applications. We provide full-service design/build, design-assist, schematic budgeting and logistics planning. We have the ability to service the systems we install with our service division. We service all types of systems from chilled water to refrigeration systems through service contracts, preventative maintenance agreements, and on-call service repairs. We also provide indoor air quality testing and duct cleaning services.

What You'll Do

Oversee daily operations of the HVAC service department

Lead, mentor, and support a team of 8 service technicians

Ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction

Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and workflow to maximize efficiency

Manage approximately $1 million in annual service revenue, with a focus on growth

Interact directly with customers, vendors, and team members

Maintain accurate records and reporting through service software systems

Troubleshoot and resolve escalated service issues and day-to-day challenges

What You'll Need

Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry (service experience preferred)

Prior management or supervisory experience in a service-based business is strongly preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency with technology, including service management software and mobile tools

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and reliability
